Return & Refund Policy – Miztiq

At Miztiq, we are committed to delivering high-quality anti-tarnish jewellery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in case of:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect item claims.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain jewellery items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Minor color variation due to lighting

• Improper handling or wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after return approval.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
